If VLink does make an error or omission for any reason with respect to the recording of any transaction, the liability of VLink will be limited to the value of the error or omission in recording. Termination VLink may at any time without notice, withdraw permission to use any of the Services, or cancel or yo-yo any of the Services without stuff liable for any loss resulting from such action. The termination of Services for any reason will not relieve theWorthHolder of any obligation under thisTry-onwith respect to the Services.
